Avalon is a $100 million apartment project located on next to the Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast. Offering a range of two, three and four-bedroom apartments, these waterfront apartments span two buildings. The riverfront building comprises 16 full-floor and half-floor residences with three or four bedrooms, a study/retreat, at least three bathrooms, and four car spaces. Residents also have access to a private pontoon. Avalon apartment prices start at $560,000 for the two bedroom apartments and $900,000 for the three bedroom apartments, the sub-penthouse and penthouse apartments start at $2,790,000. The second building, located on the street-front of Arbor, includes 33 three-bedroom, and 38 two-bedroom apartments. All will have two bathrooms and one or two car parks. Residents have access to a large gym, extensive internal and external garden zones, a sauna and steam room, a pool, and concierge services.
