Tulipwood Estate is located at 28 Savilles Road, Nambour. The estate sits less than 10 minutes from Nambour’s central shopping and entertainment district. This area has a number of shops (including a Coles and Big W), restaurants (in every cuisine) and cafes, along with entertainment options like cinemas and the Nambour Library.
For peace of mind, residents will be comforted to know that there are a number of amenities close by that will ensure their health and safety. The Nambour General Hospital is just five minutes drive down the road. The local police station is six minutes down the road, and there are two fire stations within eight minutes of the development.
For residents who have (or plan to have) children, there are a number of options in the surrounding area. This includes the Nambour Community Pre-school and Kindergarten (for children aged 5 and below). Primary school-aged children have a number of options, including Burnside State School, St Joseph’s Primary School, and Woombye State School.
