Views Residences is a new apartment and townhouse development located in Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast. Residents have access to a number of communal facilities, including a gym, parkland and pool, among others. The whole project is finished in a very modern, neutral design, which might appeal to first home buyers and professionals.
Views Residences is an apartment and townhouse project. The project was designed with a focus on great location and affordable, modern living, and has certainly delivered on both of these aspects. Views is in a very central location, with most amenities like shops, cafes and schools no more than a couple of minutes walk or drive away: for example, there’s a golf driving range just down the road, and a number of cafes roughly 10 minutes away.
The 24 townhouses at Views come in two and three-bedroom configurations. There are four different townhouse floor plan layouts available. All of them have extra multi-purpose rooms that can be used as a study, storage, or whatever you’d like! Each townhouse also has a one or two car park garage. The townhouses are currently under construction.
There will be two apartment towers at Views: ‘Skyline’ and ‘Horizon’. There are four apartment floor plan configurations available across the two towers. Type A is a two-bedroom configuration which has a larger terrace/balcony area. Type A apartments have a 78 sqm internal area and 25 sqm terrace/balcony area. Type B is also a two-bedroom floor plan, but has a larger internal apartment at 86 sqm internally and 105 sqm total. Type B1 is a two-bedroom plus multi-purpose room configuation, which has an internal size of 110 sqm. Type C apartments are three-bedroom, and have a 108 sqm internal area, and 26 sqm terrace/balcony area.
Investors are guaranteed a 5.9% return for two years after buying.
MAY 2020: Construction on Views Residences is well underway, with the townhouses nearing completion.
Located at 31 Sippy Downs Drive in Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast, Views Residences is in the ideal position for commuters. The estate sits on one of the main roads in the area, Sippy Downs Drive. This road has a number of amenities along it, including a supermarket, chemist, golf driving range and a large shopping center. The far end of the estate is bound by the Sunshine Coast Motorway, which residents will be able to use to access the rest of the coast in minutes — don’t expect too much noise from it though, because the natural bushland buffer zone will smother most noise before it reaches residents.
The beach is about 10-15 minutes drive from the project, depending on whether you’re looking for surf beaches or ones that are ideal for relaxing with family and friends.
For residents with children at school or who are continuing their education themselves, a number of options are close to the development. Just down the road residents will find Siena Catholic Primary School. The senior school, Siena Catholic College, is just around the corner although both schools technically share a campus. A little further down is Chancellor State College primary campus, while the secondary/high school campus for Chancellor is located roughly five minutes drive away. Those with children in university or who are continuing their education themselves will find the University of the Sunshine Coast campus just three minutes down the road.
Residents at Views Residences will have access to a number of facilities. This includes a pool and gym, along with a small parkland which looks like it will be a great spot for catching up with friends or playing with the kids.
