Anise is a recently completed townhouse development located in Bridgeman Downs. There are a number of two and three-bedroom townhouses still remaining at Anise. APRIL 2020: Construction at Anise is progressing quickly. Stage 1 is complete, and around 75% sold. Stage 2 is under construction, with completion expected in early May 2020.
Located at 461 Beckett Road, Bridgeman Downs, Anise sits close to the Albany Creek and Beckett Road intersection. These two roads are the main roads in and out of the suburb, and as such can be quite busy. However, their proximity also means residents can be in the Brisbane CBD in less than 30 minutes, or the airport in just over 20 minutes. Proximity to main roads also means there are several bus stops nearby, with residents having to walk less than 50 meters to the closest one.
Albany Creek State School and State High School are both less than 10-minutes drive from Anise. All Saints Parish Primary School is seven minutes away, and the co-educational catholic school caters to children in Prep – Year 6. For those with younger children, the Albany Creek Kindergarten is six minutes away from the townhouses.
