Havana Terraces is a boutique townhouse development consisting of four three-storey townhouses. The Spanish-influenced townhouses are located in Tugun on the Gold Coast, and sits just minutes away from the beach and the Tugun Surf Life Saving Club. All of the townhouses have three bedrooms, with two bathrooms (plus a powder room), and a double garage, making them ideal for young professionals, small families or downsizers who have family over often.
A display suite is located on site at 2 Teemangum Street, Tugun, by appointment.
Havana Terraces are designed for those who love to entertain family and friends, or just love spacious areas to relax in. The larger-than-normal three bedroom townhouses are spread across three storeys, with the whole townhouse designed to showcase the Spanish influence. The townhouses all have a study nook, along with two (and a half) bathrooms, and three of the four townhouses also have a second multi-purpose room.
All four townhouses have very large kitchens, which are designed to be the centre point of the household. The north-easterly aspect from all living rooms, balconies and the master bedroom creates a very open and airy space. Each townhouse has fully ducted air-conditioning and fans in the bedrooms as well. Prices start at $839,000.
Havana Terraces is located centrally in Tugun, meaning that local amenities like the beach, parks, cafes, and shops, are all less then 15 minutes walk away in most cases.

Havana Terraces is located at 2 Teemangum Street, which is only 300 metres away from the beach. Sitting on the corner of Wade Street and Teemangum Street — so just off the Gold Coast Highway — there are a number of amenities close to Havana Terraces. There is a bus stop less than 100 metres away, and Kropp Park, along with the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, are further down that road. The Tugun Supermarket is across the road, and there are a number of cafes, restaurants and stores down Golden Four Drive.
If they have children, residents can send their children to Currumbin Primary School, which is less than 10-minutes drive away. There aren’t many high schools in the immediate area, however there are quite a lot of well-know and respected high schools throughout the Gold Coast, including St. Hilda’s (an all-girls school) and The Southport School (also known as TSS), to name just a few.
Please enquire below to see the floor plans at Havana Terraces.
Havana Terraces is being developed by Sandbox Properties, a new development company based on the southern Gold Coast. Located in Palm Beach, their focus is on creating homes that integrate the city life with beach living. Havana Terraces is their newest entry into the Gold Coast market.
