Paramount Park is a new house and land estate located in Parkhurst, Rockhampton. The large estate sits just off the Bruce Highway, with the Rockhampton CBD only 10 minutes away. Paramount Park is designed for families, with lots ranging in size from 740 sqm to the truly impressive 37,780 sqm. This means there’s room for the kids, the pets, the pool, a shed, and even grandma if you need it. Lots are priced from $198,000. Buyers can also choose to buy into Paramount Crest, which is a subset of the Paramount Park Estate, offering slightly smaller lot sizes. Lots range in size from 740 to 2,220 sqm, with prices starting from $159,000.
All lots at Paramount Park are designed to be easily built on, with house and land packages available. All packages offer three, four or five bedroom floor plans, with double or triple garages. House sizes can range between 307 to 390 sqm — significantly larger than you’d find on a standard suburban block. Some even feature a second (or even third) living room. Prices start at $534,600.

Paramount Park is located on Stirling Drive, just off the Bruce Highway. This puts it just down the road from the Kortes Resort and Parkhurst Shopping Village, whilst the Heritage Village is also close by. The Rockhampton Central Queensland University (CQU) campus is located just off the highway, only 7-minutes drive from Paramount Park and the campus sits right next to the local Bunnings. With everything located within 5–10 minutes, this location has the benefits of local amenities, while still offering acreage sized lots.
Apart from the CQU campus, there are also a number of schools in the area for primary and secondary students. Residents can send their children to Parkhurst State School, Heights College, and Emmaus College (middle and senior schools).
